ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF NY. R DI KLINIK UTAMA NILAM SARI TEMBILAHAN 2021

Abstrak

Comprehensive care is a series of continuous and comprehensive activities starting from pregnancy to family planning. Based on the register book of the Nilam Sari Clinic for the last year from January to December 2020, the number of pregnant women was 331 people, maternity mothers 214 people, newborn baby 206 people, postpartum mothers 216 people, and family planning 2 196 people. Purpose  Able to provide comprehensive care. Methode The midwifery management approach method with the Varney mindset as outlined in the SOAP was carried out from 12 February to 04 April 2021 at the Nilam Sari Clinic Tembilahan and Midwifery care with Mrs. R as asubject. Result The ANC care has met the standard 10 T requirements, but there are gaps in screening for TT immunization status and pregnancy tests. INC went well, but in the stage III there was a gap in the form of giving methergin, and the stage IV in the form of catheter insertion. The baby was born spontaneously, weight 2800 grams, body length was 47 cm, and 3 times neonate visits. The postpartum period went normally without any complications, 4 visits were made and the mother's family planning care chose mini-pill contraception as the method of contraception. It is expected that mothers in their next pregnancy carry out regular ANC checks to health workers during pregnancy and carry out TT immunizations. 

Asuhan komprehensif merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh mulai dari hamil s/d KB. Berdasarkan buku register Klinik Nilam Sari satu tahun terakhir Januari hingga Desember 2020, jumlah ibu hamil 331 orang, ibu bersalin 214 orang, BBL 206 orang, ibu nifas 216 orang, dan KB 2. 196 orang. Adapun tujuan Mampu memberikan asuhan komprehensif. Metode pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dengan pola fikir varney yang dituangkan dalam bentuk SOAP dilaksanakan dari 12 Februari s/d 04 April 2021 di Klinik Nilam Sari Tembilahan. Asuhan kebidanan dengan subjek asuhan Ny. R. Adapun hasil penelitian Pada asuhan ANC telah memenuhi syarat standar 10 T, tetapi ada kesenjangan pada skrining status imunisasi TT dan pemeriksaan kehamilan. INC berjalan dengan baik, tetapi kala III ada kesenjangan berupa pemberian methergin, dan kala IV berupa pemasangan kateter. Bayi lahir spontan, berat badan 2800 gram, panjang badan 47 cm, dan dilakukan kunjungan neonatus sebanyak 3 kali. Masa nifas berjalan normal tanpa ada penyulit, dilakukan kunjungan sebanyak 4 kali dan asuhan keluarga berencana ibu memilih KB mini pil sebagai metode kontrasepsinya. Diharapkan untuk ibu pada kehamilan berikutnya melaksanakan pemeriksaan ANC secara teratur ke tenaga kesehatan selama kehamilan dan melakukan imumnisasi TT.
