Data analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the majority of respondents had a normal nutritional status (66.6%), followed by overweight (17.0%) and underweight (16.4%). About 50.5% of respondents had regular menstrual cycles, while 49.5% had irregular cycles. The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between nutritional status and the regularity of the menstrual cycle (p = 0.007), so it can be concluded that nutritional status affects menstrual cycle regularity in adolescent girls, and there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and menstrual cycle regularity in adolescents.
